HCLTech WALK IN Drive 2024 for International Voice & Semi voice process

HCLTech will hold a walk-in drive in Chennai from April 2nd to April 3rd, 2024, to fill openings in International Voice and Semi-Voice Process. The search is open to individuals with 0-1 years of experience and any graduate degree.

• Clear and effective verbal communication in English, and possibly additional languages depending on foreign clientele, for both voice and semi-voice engagements.
• The ability to listen intently to client requests, complaints, and feedback and respond accordingly.
• An emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, such as addressing difficulties, answering questions, and assuring customer happiness.
• The ability to grasp client problems and give effective solutions, or to escalate concerns to higher levels of support when appropriate.
• The ability to perform numerous activities at once, such as accessing computer systems, typing while speaking, and efficiently handling client interactions, particularly in semi-voice roles.
