As an Email Support Associate, you will work closely with various teams including Sales, Advertisers, Creative Agencies, Media Agencies, Trafficking Team, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving a high volume of support requests from internal sales teams promptly and professionally, primarily via email and chat
- Developing a deep understanding of our products to address support requests effectively and escalate issues when necessary
- Identifying the most efficient solutions and escalating bugs and technical issues
- Identifying process gaps and proactively suggesting improvements
