Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
• Freshers are also eligible
• Candidates with up to 4 years of experience in voice process are eligible

Preferred Qualifications

• Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills
• Excellent proficiency with written English and a neutral English accent
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shifts)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and concerns
• Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users
• Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis
