• Conduct research and interviews to determine IT business requirements
• Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification.

• Monitoring bugs.
• Creating BRD, FRD, SRS, etc.
• Supporting initiatives to improve reporting quality.
• Technical proposal writing (RFP).
• Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes for IT functional and Development teams, and conducting user acceptance testing.
• Maintaining and validating solution integrity in your functional area throughout the project.
• Controlling scope, managing solutions for change tracking/traceability, and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases.
• Experience & Any Graduate can apply.
• Creating wireframes.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Conducting testing, including functionality checks, before product delivery.
